- Read: Joshua 2
- In This Passage: Some Israelite spies sneak into Jericho, and they go to Rahab’s house. Even though Rahab isn’t an Israelite, she helps the spies hide from the king’s men. She keeps them safe because God works through unlikely people. In return, the Israelites promise to keep her safe when they take over Jericho.
- Bible Point: God works through unlikely people.
- Summary Verse: “This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).
- Think About: What unlikely people has God used in your life? Thank God for those people.
