Rick DeMarco serves as an Elder and as Director of Administration. He has held executive leadership roles in accounting, operations, sales, general management, and human resources in many companies including KitchenAid, Carrier, and HP. In addition, he co-founded a leadership consulting company that has trained organizations on servant leadership and leadership by influence. Although he grew up a devout Catholic, he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in the early 90’s. He felt called to use his leadership and business management skills to help churches grow and operate effectively and efficiently. Since then, he has worked with a number of churches on leadership training and team development and has taught spiritual gift assessment and application, led small groups, and served on teams to address small group growth and church acquisition. He has been married to his wife, Jan, for 33 years and has three children, Sean, Randy, and Christie. He has three grandchildren, Abby, Jackson, and Connor. In addition to spending time with his family, he loves to golf, spent a significant time in his life as a vocalist and member of a band, and is a movie buff. He is passionate about creating a culture in which all members of our church are aligned with our mission and engaged in reaching people in our communities with the Gospel.
